Birth Control Media Study

We are inviting young adults to join a study about how online information affects their choices about birth control. We want to learn if media changes how people think and decide about using birth control. This research can help us understand its impact on health. Your thoughts and experiences matter to us!

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 30 years
  • Female, Gender Inclusive

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)
  • Extended hours (M-F, early morning or evening)
  • Weekend hours, if needed

United States (Nationwide)

What will be asked of you

What will you do? 1. Take a short survey to see if you're eligible. 2. Have a 45 to 90-minute interview. If needed, we might ask for a follow-up chat. 3. We prefer to meet you in person, but we can also talk online.

Looking for Healthy Volunteers

Requirements for healthy volunteers are different than for those with a specific condition. If you are interested in becoming a healthy volunteer for this study, use the below categories to determine if you are able to participate.

Able to participate:

  • You are active on X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube
  • You often see information about birth control or health care on your feed
  • You are assigned female at birth
  • You frequently think about whether or not to go on any form of birth control

Not eligible if:

  • none
