Lifestyle interventions in rheumatology interest survey

The purpose of this study is to learn from adults with rheumatic diseases about their interest in activities to promote health.

This is a brief, anonymous survey aimed to gather information about what additional resources you'd like to learn about from your rheumatology care team.
