Impact of Vulvar Lichen Sclerosus on work activity and productivity

To evaluate the impact of vulvar lichen sclersosus on one's work and ability to be productive at work. Additionally, to evaluate the discomfort or stigma surrounding the diagnosis limiting the patient from disclosing information to their employer.
