The purpose of this research study is to investigate the investigational drug ACP-204's safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (the movement of the study drug into, through, and out of the body and what the body does to the study drug) as treatment for Lewy Body Dementia Psychosis (LBDP) as compared with placebo (sugar pill).
