Total Shoulder Arthroplasty Registry

We are doing this study to learn how well two kinds of shoulder replacement surgeries-called anatomic and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty-work over time. Patients will get the usual care their doctor recommends. We will collect information about how their shoulders are doing, including taking x-rays at 5, 7, and 10 years after surgery. This will help us see how long these shoulder implants last and how well they work. The goal is to include at least 1,000 patients with each type of shoulder replacement from several hospitals.
