Study for a new treatment for a type of blood cancer, Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)

Join our study for a new treatment for a type of blood disorder, Myeloproliferative Neoplasms. We are looking for older adults who have recently been diagnosed and who may not be fit for intense treatments. The study involves testing a new medicine to see if it will help. This new medicine is called INCA035784 to them.

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

United States (Nationwide)

What will be asked of you

You will have a check-up, heart test, blood tests, bone marrow biopsy and a CT or MRI. You will also fill out some questionnaires.

Total length of participation:
30 Months

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • Adults greater than 18 years of age
  • Must have a CALR exon-9 mutation
  • Previous treatment with JAK inhibitors for greater than 12 weeks

Not eligible if:

  • Active malignancy in previous 2 years
  • Early basal cell or squamous cell Skin Cancer
  • Major Bleeding or Thrombosis Event
  • Any major surgery within 4 weeks
  • Good Liver, and Kidney Function
