Virtual Circle of Security Parenting Program

We are hoping to learn whether a virtual parenting support program called Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) can be a helpful and accessible resource for people who are parenting small children. We want to understand if this program can help reduce stress, improve mood, and increase confidence in parenting. We are also interested in hearing how satisfied participants are with the program.
