A5426 - Improving Physical Ability and Cellular Senescence Elimination in HIV (IPACE-HIV)

To determine if dasatinib and quercetin are safe and if they cause any reactions or side effects when taken together. The study will also see if dasatinib and quercetin can improve physical ability in people with HIV (PWH).
