ANCHOR is a research study to see if a new investigational drug, called ABBV-CLS-628, can help people with a kidney condition called Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). We want to see if this new drug works well for those who have this condition.
You'll have a check-up with a doctor. You'll give blood and urine samples. We'll check your blood pressure, height, and weight. We'll also ask about any medications you take. There's a heart test, a hearing test, and a bone scan. We'll do MRI scans of your kidneys and, if needed, a simple pregnancy test. Lastly, you'll answer some easy questions about how you feel in your daily life.
You can earn between $50 to $300 for each visit you complete., We will also cover your travel costs if you drive. If you don't have a car, we can help with your travel arrangements.
