Navigating Assisted Reproductive Technologies in China and Abroad: State Policies, Social Expectations, and Lived Experiences

This study seeks to understand how the state's shifting population policies and framing of population priorities influence people's experiences with assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs), and how people, especially intended parents, navigate socioeconomic policies and cultural expectations around receiving assisted reproductive interventions in China and among Chinese who seek ART abroad.
