to learn how migraine affects the brain and to understand how current medications work

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)
  • Extended hours (M-F, early morning or evening)
  • Visits can be combined with regular clinical appointments

What will be asked of you

in-person visit for an MRI brain scan and migraine assessment as well as online surveys

Incentives

$100 visa gift card, travel reimbursement, airfare, hotel, rental car, mileage, meals

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • Experience migraines and take a CGRP medication
  • Experience frequent migraines and do not take a CGRP medication

Not eligible if:

  • pregnant
  • do not have migraines
  • have migraines too infrequently

Looking for Healthy Volunteers

Requirements for healthy volunteers are different than for those with a specific condition. If you are interested in becoming a healthy volunteer for this study, use the below categories to determine if you are able to participate.

Able to participate:

  • healthy
  • do not have a history of migraines

Not eligible if:

  • migraines
