With this study, we hope to find out how safe and effective a new treatment is for helping adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Our goal is to understand how the treatment works over the long term. This study includes two parts: Part A involves new participants who haven't been in our earlier studies, while Part B includes those who have completed Part A or have been part of our earlier studies.
You'll be part of a study helping us understand and improve treatments for plaque psoriasis. Over time, you'll take a daily tablet that could help manage your symptoms. In this study, you'll participate for either about 1 year or up to 3 years, depending on which part you join. You'll answer some questionnaires and have tests like blood and urine samples. There'll also be an EKG and Chest X-ray, a physical exam, and we'll take some photos. You'll also wear a device to help us track your progress. All these will help us learn more about the treatment's effects.
