Understanding Residents' Views of Care and Well-Being

This study focuses on resident care and well-being in an accredited, nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that provides independent living and long-term residential care, including assisted living (AL, of which there are 59 beds) and nursing home care (NH, of which there are 60 beds). Secondarily, it examines staff perceptions of the residents' living environment and how supported staff feel in providing care to residents.
