This study is looking to see if a special type of ultrasound, called compression elastography, can help find rotator cuff injuries. We will compare it to results from MRI scans and regular ultrasounds to see how well it works. We are looking for volunteers who want to improve their health while helping researchers.
You'll visit us once to get pictures of your shoulder or arm using two types of ultrasound. We will guide your arm into different positions for the scans. If you are in the healthy group, you will do some easy exercises and then have another scan right after.
Requirements for healthy volunteers are different than for those with a specific condition. If you are interested in becoming a healthy volunteer for this study, use the below categories to determine if you are able to participate.
