Have you or your child been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes during the past 12 months? Are you interested in helping researchers learn more about how to delay or prevent type 1 diabetes or how to treat type 1 diabetes? Join a registry to be notified of future opportunities to participate in type 1 diabetes research!

Do you have metastatic breast cancer or care for someone with metastatic breast cancer? You may be able to take part in a research study to share your thoughts about conversations with your oncologist about your prognosis. These can be challenging conversations, and we want to hear from you about what is helpful or not helpful in these conversations.

Are you an African American who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer? Have you ever considered participating in a clinical trial? Do you use little cigars or cigarillos? If you currently use these products and are between 18-25, you may be able to take part in a research study to share your thoughts about messages for these tobacco products. Compensation is provided.

Are you a young adult interested in losing weight using digital tool and a smartphone app? This is a behavioral weight loss program using research-based methods to personalize your weight loss goals. You will use a smartscale, physical activity tracker, and study smartphone app. Compensation will be provided for completing three study assessments.

Interested in participating in future research studies? Whether you have had a previous concussion(s) or not, you may be able to take part in several research study opportunities. This registry simply collects your contact information and then we will reach out if any study opportunities are available.

Are you a Black Latino/a/x (Afro-Latino/a/x) adult living in North Carolina? Would you be interested in sharing your experiences of what it means to be Afro-Latino in your day-to-day life and how it relates to your health? If so, you may be able to participate to a study that focuses on Afro-Latinos and their health, with a particular interest in cardiovascular health.
