Are you a young adult interested in losing weight using digital tool and a smartphone app? This is a behavioral weight loss program using research-based methods to personalize your weight loss goals. You will use a smartscale, physical activity tracker, and study smartphone app. Compensation will be provided for completing three study assessments.

If so, you may be able to participate to a study that focuses on Afro-Latinos and their health, with a particular interest in cardiovascular health.
