Generative AI tools, such as systems that help write clinical notes or summarize conversations, have the potential to save time and make tasks easier for healthcare providers. This study will ask participants to share their experiences with these tools, including what they find helpful, any challenges they've faced, and suggestions for improvement. By gathering this information, we hope to better understand how these tools are currently being used and how they can be improved to help healthcare professionals provide better care to their patients. The results of this study will be used to guide future improvements to Generative AI tools and offer practical advice for clinicians who are considering using these technologies in their own practices.

The purpose of this study is to improve the teaching training and teaching support OB/GYN residents receive during their residency. We will use a human-centered design (HCD) approach to create a UNC OB/GYN specific curriculum for resident teaching. The first phase of this project, the Inspiration Phase, gathers information about the current reality of resident teaching. Using this information we will eventually create and implement an effective resident-as-teacher curriculum for OB/GYN residents at UNC.

Family caregivers of older adults with cognitive impairment experience significant care burden, impacting their mental health and well-being. Studies indicate that heightened caregiver burden can negatively affect the caregiver-patient relationship, leading to increased behavioral and psychological symptoms in patients with cognitive impairment. These symptoms, in turn, increase caregiver burden and worsen their mental health. However, limited evidence characterizes these complex interpersonal dynamics. Therefore, the overall objective of the study is to deeply explore the experiences of family caregivers of individuals with cognitive impairment, with a focus on their mental well-being.
We want to better understand what women with MS need to know about family planning, pregnancy, breastfeeding and safety of their babies. Participants' survey responses will help make a list of essential information that women living with MS who want to have kids need to know.
This study explores how college students feel and think about using artificial intelligence (AI) to help with mental health. We want to see if students studying science and technology (STEM) feel differently about AI than students in other areas. We're studying this because AI is being used more and more to solve both work and personal problems. However, using AI in mental health is still new and has not been talked about much.
This study aims to evaluate the implementation and impact of School Extension Learning Recovery Programs (SLERPs) authorized by the NC General Assembly in response to Hurricane Helene. These SLERPs will serve students in grades 4-8 in 13 western NC counties in summer 2025. The study team will collect data on SLERP program plans, student enrollments and attendance, benchmark exam scores, EOG scores, attendance, and grades for program attendees. The researchers will also conduct observations of SELRPs; interview district and school staff in the programs; and survey students and staff to understand stakeholders views of the programs. We will use a mixed methods approach to understand program implementation and impacts. Results from the study will provide evidence to education policymakers and practitioners on how the programs were designed and implemented; program impacts on student academic and school engagement outcomes; and the relationship between the program design and student outcomes.
This survey is part of a new program aimed at exploring undergraduate students' interest in clinical research roles and digital badges. We are gathering feedback to understand students' interest in these topics to help shape and develop the training program.
