Have you been diagnosed with cancer or a benign disease that is being evaluated for cancer for which you may receive treatment? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study that collects biospecimens (e.g. blood, saliva, tissue, etc) and health information to better understand how cancers develop and affect the body,]. If so, you may be able to take part in a research study that aims to identify non-invasive biomarkers for cervical cancer screening and monitoring following treatment of abnormal areas on the cervix caused by HPV.

To evaluate the best overall response rate (BOR) of recurrent/metastatic androgen receptor positive (AR+) salivary gland cancer (SGC) patients with darolutamide and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).

Did you have head or neck cancer? Have you completed radiation in the past 3 years or more and now have dry mouth? You may be able to take part in a research study to help us learn if a gene therapy can help people with dry mouth due to radiation therapy.

Are you an elderly patient with locally advanced Head and Neck squamous cell carcinoma who is ineligible for standard treatment involving platinum based therapy (e.g. Carboplatin or Cisplatin)? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a clinical research study involving an investigational drug, called NBTXR3.

The purpose of this screening study is to collect samples to learn more about your cancer using two investigational diagnostic tests. We will use the results to find out if you meet the eligibility criteria and could enroll in a separate TScan treatment research study.

The purpose of this study is to find out if an investigational medication (NBTXR3) could help elderly patients with locally advanced head & neck squamous cell carcinoma who are otherwise ineligible to receive platinum-based chemotherapy. This study will help to determine the recommended dose/s of NBTXR3. The study medication is injected directly into the tumor and is activated by radiation therapy in combination with anti-PD1 therapy.

Do you have known or suspected lung and/or head and neck cancer? Are you scheduled for a tumor biopsy? If so, you may be able to participate in a research registry aimed at learning more about lung and head/neck cancer.

Are you receiving initial treatment for non-small cell lung cancer or invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck and want to participate in research that aims to improve treatment and care of future patients with the same diagnosis? If so, you may be able to participate in a study for an investigational blood test to predict whether your cancer will come back.

In this study, we want to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of using a personalized vaccine with a drug called pembrolizumab for the treatment of non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and squamous cell cancer of the head and neck (SCCHN).

Have you been diagnosed with oropharyngeal (tonsil or tongue base) cancer. If so, you may be able to take part in a research study testing markers to determine who may be appropriate for less aggressive therapy and markers to determine if recurrent tumors can be detected earlier.
