To determine optimal content and design features of mHealth apps for smoking cessation that are most preferred by Black and African American adults who smoke or use other tobacco products.
Have you been diagnosed with HER2 positive (HER2+) breast cancer and have recently or plan to undergo surgery? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study looking at the safety of giving two drugs trastuzumab and pertuzumab in combination with hormonal therapy after surgery for your breast cancer.
Are you an elderly patient with locally advanced Head and Neck squamous cell carcinoma who is ineligible for standard treatment involving platinum based therapy (e.g. Carboplatin or Cisplatin)? My team and I have designed an educational website to be used by men and women who have had a recent heart attack. Our goal is for participants who join the study to use the information provided to learn how to improve their self-care to help prevent another heart attack. In order to know whether our educational program is helpful, we are looking for men and women like yourself to try using and give us feedback about it.
We want to learn how people's brains adapt when responding to various food stimuli and decision-making processes. We also want to learn about brain responses to food and beverage consumption. To do this, we will use taste tests, surveys, behavioral tasks, and neuroimaging (fMRI scan).
We are conducting a research study to use graded exposure and mobile mindfulness meditation to address clinical outcomes in individuals 6-months to 10-years post-ACLR. This will help develop effective treatments to improve outcomes after ACLR. This study will last 5 weeks. Compensation provided.

Have you been diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a research study at UNC Chapel Hill testing a new medication for EoE.
Do you have a solid tumor? Would you like to have screening done to see if you are eligible for a treatment study? If so, you may be able to take part in a study that will look at your tumor sample to see if you are eligible for another investigational treatment study.
Have you been diagnosed with Low Risk Breast Cancer? Have you already been treated with surgery? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study looking at the effect of regional nodal radiotherapy.
