After conducting a thorough literature review to capture all current areas of care and treatment for MPS II patients, a brief overview of the literature was presented to a group of MPS experts, including the principal investigator and co-investigators. From this overview, the Delphi statements were created. The Delphi statements were then put into Qualtrics to create a survey. The survey will be sent to practitioners who care for and treat MPS II patients, including MDs, PhDs, APPs, or those holding an advanced degree in a relevant field. Participants will be asked to answer a few demographic questions to see if they qualify for the survey. From the survey, we will determine a level of agreement and publish the results in a medical journal

The purpose of this study is to learn what women with HIV think about cervical cancer screening. We also want to talk about the idea of using HPV self-collection (where women collect their own sample) instead of going to the clinic for testing. This information will help us see if self- collection can help more women with HIV get screened for cervical cancer.

The purpose of this study is to find better ways to keep people, especially kids, safe from lead in their homes. Lead is a dangerous metal that can harm the brain and body, even in small amounts. It's still found in many older homes, especially in paint/dust, soil, and drinking water. Getting a professional to test for lead can cost a lot of money and isn't always easy to do. Because of this, some families, especially in low-income and historically overlooked communities, may not know if their homes are safe. There are new, low-cost tools like test strips that let people test their homes themselves. This study is trying to find out how well these tools work and how easy they are for people to use.
The goal of this study is to see how well a medication called Cemiplimab works when it's injected directly into a skin cancer, instead of using surgery.
