The purpose of this project is to advance understanding of the relationship of food and eating characteristics with gastrointestinal symptoms on a population level, by examining the frequency, associated factors, and quality of life and emotional effects of eating-associated gastrointestinal symptoms.
We are asking people about their first experience paying for lactation consultant support and/or double electric breast pumps and other lactation supplies once home from the hospital. We want to understand how the cost of lactation support is impacting people meeting their lactation goals.
The goal of this study is to collect peripheral blood stem cells from participants which will be used to develop humanized mice reconstituted with human peripheral blood and hematopoietic stem cells. Humanized mice developed from these samples will be used solely for research advance our understanding of the molecular basis of HIV infection and persistence of latent HIV, with an overall goal of advancing the field toward HIV cure.
The purpose of this research study is to assess the impact of student interns on the implementation of new services at independent community pharmacies. Identifying what type of support pharmacies need to integrate programs into workflow and successfully engage in the program will allow future programs to follow a similar framework.
Our project will provide 5 rural pharmacies with tailored, evidence-based technical assistance and support to overcome buprenorphine dispensing barriers. Our goal is to build the capacity of rural community pharmacies to improve access to MOUD and reduce overdose deaths in their communities.
The purpose of this study is to understand the benefit of participation in an early childhood literacy program. We anticipate that such program will help prepare children for kindergarten through the development of early language and reading skills as well as bonding between the caregiver and child. We would like to assess if there are differences in reading behaviors between families of infants enrolled in an early childhood book program and families of infants not enrolled.

Objectives 1. Identify barriers to research engagement for patients who have undergone colectomy and pouch surgery for UC. 2. Develop and prioritize a patient-centered CER agenda to prevent and/or treat pouchitis and CLDP, unique, unfortunate, and rare diseases. 3. Identify, train, and empower a cohort of patients with or at-risk for pouchitis and CLDP to effectively partner in designing and conducting high-priority patient-centered CER.
Aim 2 is to develop a set of evidence-based cannabis warnings and identify which warning characteristics increase perceived warning effectiveness. Aim 3 is to experimentally determine if large cannabis warnings with characteristics found to be promising in Aim 2 increase risk perceptions. This research is conducted so that states can implement the findings into their cannabis warning regulations.
