Grounded in the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, the study will generate insight into how educators balance innovation, pedagogy, and ethics. By addressing this critical gap, the study will provide policymakers, teacher education programs, and professional development leaders with actionable guidance on supporting teachers through this technological shift.
