The purpose of this research study is to understand better how to involve children and parents during medical visits.
Now called the Pediatric Heart Transplant Society (PHTS), the Pediatric Heart Transplant Study Registry was established in 1993 by a group of physicians who wanted to improve the lives of children who needed a heart transplant. The primary purposes of the organization was to establish and maintain a prospective, event driven database for heart transplantation, to encourage and stimulate basic and clinical research in the field of pediatric heart transplantation, and to promote new therapeutic strategies. The ultimate goal was to improve the lives of pediatric heart transplant recipients.

We then plan to pilot these EPAs through the use of myTIPreport, an EPA-based mobile assessment tool, revitalizing student and evaluator investment in serial formative feedback.

The Relational Leadership at Carolina is an implementation and dissemination project. This project will: 1) refine and stabilize the Relational Leadership Institute (RLI) course for health professionals for the purpose of broad dissemination and implementation; 2) provide groundwork to support the catalyzing forces of Relational Leadership and build community through multiple approaches; and 3) establish a pathway and structured support for individuals to contribute to the program at all levels.
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of BHV-7000 over the course of a 104 week trial with a two-week follow up phase totalling 106 weeks. Individuals must have been enrolled in the parent BHV-7000-303 study to qualify for this study.
