We are studying how what people see on social media relates to how they feel while scrolling and how they feel at work. We want to learn whether these feelings connect to trust in coworkers, leaders, and organizations. Adults who work in the U.S. will complete a short online survey about their social media use, recent feelings, empathy, and work attitudes. Results may help workplaces better understand how everyday online experiences relate to teamwork and trust.
