C/SOAP Children Follow-Up Study

To determine the potential long term effects on the children's health status of in utero exposure to a single dose of azithromycin, given during the C/SOAP study. We will be evaluating neurodevelopment, obesity, respiratory and gastrointestinal health.

Study of the Tsunami Aftermath and Recovery (STAR)

We are studying how exposure to a natural disaster, the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami, affects population health over time. For fifteen years we have been interviewing a group of people who were part of a government survey before the tsunami, in 2004. Our goal is to understand the evolution of well-being after a disaster and how government and private assistance programs affect people.

Feasibility of Electronic Questionnaires for Patients With Gynecologic Cancer

Eye Pressure Changes After Avastin Injection

We are studying how eye pressure changes right after an Avastin injection, a common treatment for eye conditions. We want to see if there are differences in eye pressure between people with and without glaucoma, and between those with and without a tube placed in the eye to help with pressure. This will help doctors better understand how to care for patients after these injections.

Dravet Syndrome Clinical Trial

Dravet syndrome is a severe form of epilepsy (a brain disorder that causes seizures). There are several types of therapies available to help reduce the number of seizures. However, even with treatment using current anti-seizure therapies, the number of seizures may not be reduced enough, and seizures may still happen.
