We are assess the utility of using a required doctor badge insert along with normal physician name tags to help patients and staff more accurately identify physicians. The purpose of this research study is to understand how to better support learning while searching online. In this study, participants will be asked to: complete a search task online to learn about a particular topic, respond to questionnaires that ask about your experience before and after the search task, and complete an assessment immediately after the search task and one week later about the search task topic.
