CureGN (Cure Glomerulonephropathy)

The CureGN Network acts as a "library" of data for investigators across the world to use to help us ask the following questions: 1) What is the disease?; 2) Why did it happen to me?; 3) Can it be passed down to my family members?; 4) What treatments work the best with the least side effects?

Daratumumab/rHuPh20 +/- Lenalidomide as Post-ASCT Maintenance for MM w/MRD to Direct Therapy Duration

The purpose of this study is to compare a usual maintenance treatment for multiple myeloma (lenalidomide) to using the study drug (daratumumab/rHuPH20) plus the usual treatment. We want to learn if the addition of daratumumab/rHuPH20 to the usual treatment could help you live longer after your stem cell transplant. This study will help the study doctors find out if this different approach is better than the usual approach.

GDCN Registry

We are looking for patients with kidney disease and healthy controls (no kidney disease) to provide blood samples, fill out surveys, and provide health related information to help investigators learn more about how to better diagnose and treat kidney disease. The information you provide will go into a "library" of data for doctors and researchers across the world to use for research projects. If you are a kidney patient, we are able to use your information to find out if you are eligible for treatment studies/other studies in the future.

NEPTUNE

The purpose of this study is to learn more about three kidney diseases called nephrotic syndrome: Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), Minimal Change Disease (MCD), and Membranous Nephropathy (MN). By collecting health information and laboratory samples from individuals who have these diseases and by making this information available to researchers, we hope to gain new knowledge about these diseases and to find better treatments for them.

Reasons for dialysis circuit clotting

We want to learn why and how some people on dialysis form blood clots in the dialysis machine or in their fistula. Most patients on dialysis receive a blood thinner called heparin to prevent these clots, but heparin can sometimes cause bleeding. We would like to know if safer medications could work in preventing these clots. This study is only about learning more information from blood samples and does not involve treatment.

Assessing treatment preferences and quality of life of high-risk skin lesions in solid organ transplant recipients: a cross-sectional study

To collect quantitative data to: -Primarily gain a better understanding of patients' attitudes and preferences regarding end-of-life care management if they were to develop a high-risk skin cancer. To be more specific, we hope to gain a better understanding of how patients weigh their risk of developing skin cancer while taking immunosuppressants versus the risk of transplant rejection should they choose to stop or lower their immunosuppressants. -Determine how far these kidney transplant recipients travel to obtain skin-related care -Determine how frequently kidney transplant recipients obtain skin exams -Determine patients' baseline knowledge regarding risk of skin cancer while taking immunosuppressants, which are medicines that lowers immune systems -Determine the quality of life of individuals with skin cancer who are kidney transplant recipients
