Mental Health Study

Is your child between the ages of 8 and 11? Was your child assigned female sex at birth? If so, you may be able to take part in a study to see how social experiences and puberty can affect the mental health of preteen girls. We want to help improve youth mental health support. Combination of XL092 and Cemiplimab in Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer

Dendritic Cell Immunotherapy for Treatment of Adult GBM

The purpose of this research is to see if an experimental vaccine, which is created from your tumor tissue and dendritic cells isolated from your blood, can be an effective therapy when given after your standard treatment of surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.

Study of Belantamab Mafodotin With Carfilzomib, Pomalidomide, and Dexamethasone in Relapsed MM

By doing this study, we hope to learn if the combination of belantamab mafodotin, carfilzomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone is effective and safe when given to persons with multiple myeloma that has gotten worse and is not responding to standard drugs that are used for treating multiple myeloma, including chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy.

Autism Effects in Family Study

In this study, we want to learn how social-emotional learning (SEL) programs can help non-autistic siblings of children with autism. We want to help foster strengths in siblings and help them be more independent. We hope that through understanding their lived experiences, we can tailor support strategies.

Lyme Disease Study

Do you have a pet dog? Has your dog been tested for Lyme disease at the Animal Hospital of Boone? If so, you may be able to take part in a study on how often people and their pet dogs get Lyme disease in Watauga County, North Carolina. People who have dogs may be more likely to get Lyme disease, but we don't know much about the risks they share with their pets in this area. We need your help to better understand these risks!
