The purpose of this study is to better understand genetic, behavioral, and medical factors that might be related to eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa (AN), atypical anorexia nervosa (AAN), bulimia nervosa (BN), binge-eating disorder (BED), and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).

The main purpose of the study is to determine whether the study drug, ONC-392, together with a standard of care drug PLUVICTO® (Lutetium Lu 177 Vipivotide Tetraxetan), are safe and well tolerated, and whether two drugs are effective in treating prostate cancer, in comparison with the standard of care PLUVICTO® alone.

In this study, we want to better understand how experiences of stigma and discrimination affect HIV testing and PrEP use among young Latino sexual minority men.

Community-based interventions outside of North Carolina increase prostate cancer risk awareness and education among African Americans. Help us design an ideal intervention for/with communities in North Carolina. Your feedback and insight are instrumental in raising awareness and ultimately saving the lives of Black/African American men in North Carolina.

We would like to learn about how people who apply for healthcare financial assistance experience the application process, including things that make the application process work well or that were challenging. At this time we are not able to offer interviews to people who applied to UNC or Duke, we are interested in hearing from people who applied to other programs (such as Atrium, Novant, Wake, Vidant, ECU, Cape Fear Health Net, Physicians Reach Out, or Project Access).

Do you and your romantic partner want to cut back on substance use? Are you wanting to spend your time together in more meaningful ways? You may be able to take part in a research study testing a new couple's therapy treatment for substance use. Benefits include 3 months of couple's therapy at no cost.

Have you been diagnosed with Advanced Prostate Cancer? If so, you may be able to take part in an International Registry for Men.

If you have high risk prostate cancer, you may be able to participate in a research study to find out decreasing or increasing your radiation and hormonal therapy has an effect on your cancer.

Do you have cardiovascular disease risk factors? Do you sit too much? Help researchers learn more about the most effective strategy for interrupting sitting! If you are 45 years or older, you may be able to take part in a research study to find out if interrupting sitting with walking or pedaling reduces cardiovascular disease risk.

We are looking for people who are between the ages of 30-70 to join a national health study to help us better understand the impact of chronic health conditions on people living with HIV. Both people living with HIV and people without HIV are invited to take part.
