Do you have relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma? Have you received at least one type of treatment? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study looking at the the safety of giving an investigational medication to patients with multiple myeloma.
Do you have T2DM? Are you concerned about your heart health? If you are also overweight or obese, you may be able to take part in a study where we are comparing insulin to a new oral medication to help better control diabetes, heart health, and weight loss. People with Barrett's esophagus are at higher than average risk of developing esophageal cancer. Obeticholic Acid (OCA) is a medication similar to bile acids (a fluid made and released by the liver). OCA binds to a group of cells in the intestine that is believed to have a positive effect on preventing cancer development. The purpose of this study is to compare the safety and effects of OCA with that of a placebo on the risk of developing esophageal cancer in people with Barrett's esophagus.
Have you been newly diagnosed with or suspected of having either acute myelogenous leukemia or high risk myeloid neoplasm? Are you looking for other treatment options? In this study, depending on the specific type of leukemia you have, our study team will determine the different treatment options that we can provide to you.
Do you have essential thrombocythemia (ET)? If you need to start therapy or your currently therapy is not controlling your ET, you may be able to take part in this research study to find out if a new drug can help normalize your blood count.
