To compare disease-free survival (DFS) as assessed by the investigator for high-risk renal cell carcinoma patients treated with adjuvant pembrolizumab and tivozanib versus those receiving pembrolizumab alone.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to better understand the experiences of dual language educators in the classroom amidst new educational, language and curricular policy changes on the federal, state and district levels. Furthermore, this study can provide insight on potential future impacts on NC's dual language education program structure, curriculum and community. Participants: Participants of the study will consist of Dual language educators working in K-12 North Carolina schools and districts. This study aims to understand the challenges of using music therapy to support patients before and after surgery. While past research shows that music therapy can help reduce anxiety and the need for pain medications, it is not commonly used in hospitals. To explore this, researchers will interview surgeons, nurses, hospital staff, and patients to learn more about the barriers and how music therapy might be better included in surgical care.
