The purpose of this study is to adapt GO-NAPSACC for children with Down syndrome. GO-NAPSACC helps families improve nutrition and physical activity for their preschoolers. We aim to adapt the program for families with children with Down syndrome.

The purpose of this Heart Failure Research Registry is to collect relevant patient-level demographic, clinical, laboratory and hemodynamic data from CardioMEMS patients to advance scientific knowledge about pulmonary hemodynamics and heart failure therapies.

The overarching objective of the UNC CHER Medicaid Equity project is to develop the capacity and vision within NC Medicaid, necessary to lead and carry out the work of equity reform in policy. North Carolina Medicaid is undergoing a transformation of services, launching several health care initiatives, including Standard Plans, Tailored Plans, EBCI Tribal Option, Foster Care Health Plan and the Healthy Opportunities Pilot.
