The UNC ESOP will be conducting job analysis survey in attempt to define the role of a pharmacy administrator & leader. The purpose of this research study is to survey existing pharmacy administrators and leaders to assess tasks performed by the pharmacists specializing in administration & leadership within broad domains of practice, and to identify specialized beyond licensure knowledge bases needed to perform these tasks. By assessing the core competencies for pharmacy administration & leadership training this will not only allow for the subspecialized area of pharmacy administration & leadership to be better defined but assist in further curriculum development & validation for the UNC ESOP Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Science with a Specialization in Health System Pharmacy Administration Program. This job analysis will assist in improving education opportunities to educate tomorrows pharmacy administrators and leaders at UNC ESOP and nationwide.

This study will test how well a digital version of Targeted Reading Instruction (TRI) works to improve the reading ability of students in Kindergarten through third grade. Creating a TRI App will allow us to easily increase the use of TRI with students across the country.

There are 2 studies. In Study 1, we are interested in how employees respond to leader's behaviors. We will ask you to work with other participants in a team on a variety of tasks, also answering questions about your personality, perceptions, and behaviors. In Study 2, we are interested in how employees respond to leader's behaviors. We will ask you to recall and write about the most recent time you observed a specific interactions between a leader and coworker in your workgroup. You will then answer questions about your personality, perceptions, and behaviors, related to the situation you recalled.

The purpose of this study is to create and test a behavioral measure of relationship-focused obsessive-compulsive (ROC) symptoms and to learn more about the distress associated with (and coping skills for) unwanted negative thoughts about one's relationship.

Cancer caregivers experience high levels of stress related to the caregiving role, particularly for rural caregivers. The purpose of this study is to assess the acceptability and preliminary effect of enCompass Carolina, a social support program for caregivers of rural-dwelling patients with cancer.

We are partnering with the University of Kansas to study the use of a decision-making tool for elementary school staff teams to help organize, document, and facilitate their processes for providing support for students with complex academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs. School staff in a partner district will participate to evaluate the use of the tool, what factors are associated with its use, and whether it impacts student outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of Zillow and their machine-learning algorithm Zestimate on the real estate market. We will interview real estate agents, home buyers, and home sellers to explore their experiences with this AI system. This case study comprises an intriguing example of not only the transformative power of algorithms in society but also how AI systems may transform the role of real estate agents as knowledge experts, and how effective partnerships between different stakeholders and AI can be achieved or hampered. The proposed research project aims to dive deep into this socio-technical phenomenon, focusing on the concept of human-AI collaboration and trustworthy AI, and how this new technology is disrupting societal and economic practices in a systemic fashion.

To assess the research knowledge and awareness of employees at an academic medical institution.

This study will explore how eating behaviors may change among UNC Chapel Hill students who grew up eating cultural or religious diets when they attend college. The study will also look at how access to cultural or religious foods may impact student wellbeing and how the university can support students with accessing cultural and religious foods.
