The purpose of this research study is to see if adding the PARP inhibitor olaparib concurrently with SRS followed by immunotherapy (durvalumab) and chemotherapy will lead to better control of breast cancer that has spread to the brain better than the standard approach.

Do you have renal cell cancer that has spread beyond your kidney and surgery is not recommended? You may be able to take part in a research study to help us learn if adding radiation therapy to your usual cancer treatment may help your cancer shrink.

Are you suspected of having or have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer? if so, you may be able to participate in a research study looking at creating personalized stem cells from the skin of ovarian cancer patients to see if these stem cells can attack cancer cells. The purpose of this study is to find out if an investigational medication (NBTXR3) could help elderly patients with locally advanced head & neck squamous cell carcinoma who are otherwise ineligible to receive platinum-based chemotherapy. This study will help to determine the recommended dose/s of NBTXR3. The study medication is injected directly into the tumor and is activated by radiation therapy in combination with anti-PD1 therapy.
