Recreational Use of Instagram Among Ballet Dancers and Figure Skaters Study

Energy Availability in Female Athletes Study

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the number of female collegiate athletes who fall in the "at-risk"category for developing low energy availability. Low energy availability can cause an increased risk of developing a musculoskeletal injury. If we can learn how common the condition is, then we can work to develop better strategies for screening purposes.

Physical Activity, Alcohol, Obesity, and Inflammation Study

Are you a non-drinker? Are you physically active or do you tend to sit a lot? If you're interested in learning about how alcohol use and physical activity may affect your health, you may be able to participate in our research study that includes two in-person study visits and a 21-day monitoring period. Cognitive and Brain Functioning after Treatment for Breast Cancer

Have you recently been diagnosed with breast cancer but have not yet started treatment (other than surgery)? You may be able to take part in the UNC CogMAP study. In this study, we want to learn more about cognitive and brain function before and after cancer treatment. This will help us to better understand risk factors for experiencing cognitive difficulties during and after treatment.

A Study of ACR-368 in Ovarian Carcinoma, Endometrial Adenocarcinoma, and Urothelial Carcinoma

This is a Phase 1b/2, multicenter, open-label, basket study evaluating ACR-368, an adenosine triphosphate-competitive selective inhibitor of checkpoint kinase (CHK)1 and CHK2, as monotherapy and in combination with ultralow-dose gemcitabine (ULDG), in the treatment of subjects with histologically confirmed, locally advanced or metastatic, recurrent platinum-resistant high-grade ovarian or endometrial adenocarcinoma, or platinum-resistant urothelial carcinoma (hereafter referred to as ovarian, endometrial, and urothelial, respectively).

Osteoarthritis Prevention Study

Did you know that over 250 million persons are affected by Osteoarthritis? It is the leading cause of disability among adults and has no cure. Prevention of OA is preferable to treatment and females are affected at nearly twice the rate as males. If you are a female, at least 50 years of age, overweight, with no or occasional knee pain, you may be able to participate in a research study to find out if a diet and exercise program or a health education program prevent knee OA.
