Efgartigimod has been approved by the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) as a treatment for adult patients with gMG in whom AChR-Ab's are present. However, it was not approved it for the form of gMG that is AChR Ab seronegative (antibodies not present). and therefore this study is now testing how efragtigimod works in patients without any antibodies,

The purpose of this study is to see if batoclimab is safe and helps people with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), an autoimmune disorder. Batoclimab is also known as IMVT-1401. Batoclimab is injected under the skin (subcutaneously) and targets the immune system.

Are you between 18 and 45 years of age and diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, without MS relapses within the past year? Are you currently prescribed with MS medication? If so, you may be able to participate in a research study examining whether a switch to a high-efficacy medication- Ofatumumab, would work better for you than your current treatment.

Have you or a family member been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease? Would you be interested in helping researchers learn more about Parkinson's by giving a blood or saliva sample? If so, you may be eligible to participate in a research study that will utilize genetic testing to provide you more information about the possible roles of your genes in your diagnosis.

Do you have probable Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB), Mild Cognitive Impairment with "high likelihood" DLB, or Parkinson's Disease Dementia (PDD)? You may be able to participate in an observational study to track your disease progression and promote future research.
