The purpose of this research is to measure the safety and effectiveness of ivonescimab compared to pembrolizumab. Ivonescimab is an antibody designed to block proteins that help cancer cells grow and spread, and by blocking these proteins may potentially slow cancer progression.

Are you a teacher in preschool, kindergarten, or first grade? Our Early Literacy team at UNC Chapel Hill wants to understand more about teachers' well-being in the classroom. We especially want to learn about how teachers of young children feel about their early literacy instruction: - what parts of teaching literacy are most enjoyable - what parts of teaching early literacy are stressful or challenging, and - what, in the future, would help to make teachers' daily, on-the-job experiences as rewarding as possible. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the investigational drug IMA203 is an effective and safe treatment for patients with cutaneous melanoma (i.e. skin cancer) that is growing or has returned after prior standard treatment.

In this study, we are looking at a medicine called ZE50-0134 that might help treat people with relapsed and refractory CLL, SLL, or certain low-grade lymphomas. We want to see if taking different amounts of this medicine in capsule form is safe for patients.
