If you have bronchiectasis and have needed antibiotics for worsening symptoms or flare-ups in the past year, you might be eligible to try a new inhaled medication called Ensifentrine. We want to see if this medication can help reduce symptoms and prevent flare-ups. You will be compensated for your participation.

We have created a new version of an exercise program called the Physical Activity and Community EmPOWERment (PACE) program, an exercise program that helps people be more active. We are looking for people with intellectual disabilities and their caregivers to participate in a research study testing an exercise program.

The purpose of this study to see if the drug ruxolitinib with the drugs tacrolimus and methotrexate given before and following a peripheral blood stem cell transplant will prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a serious complication of a stem cell transplant, better than the drugs post-transplant cyclophosphamide, tacrolimus, and mycophenolate mofetil.
