Trial of Inhaled Ensifentrine for Bronchiectasis

If you have bronchiectasis and have needed antibiotics for worsening symptoms or flare-ups in the past year, you might be eligible to try a new inhaled medication called Ensifentrine. We want to see if this medication can help reduce symptoms and prevent flare-ups. You will be compensated for your participation.

Liver Disease Study - Oral Drug

If you have metabolic liver disease (MASLD) or its more severe form, MASH, you may be eligible to join a research study testing a new oral drug as a treatment option. This study is evaluating an investigational drug called denifanstat, which may help reduce liver fat and prevent further liver damage. By joining, you'll receive close monitoring of your liver health at no cost, and you could help advance treatment options for others with liver disease. Participation is voluntary, and you'll be able to continue your regular medical care throughout the study. We know it is hard to find an exercise program that is designed just for you. We have created a new version of an exercise program called the Physical Activity and Community EmPOWERment (PACE) program, an exercise program that helps people be more active. Ultra Hypo-fractionated Adjuvant Whole Breast Radiation Therapy with Simultaneous Integrated Boost for Early-Stage Breast Cancer (H-ASSIST)

Have you been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and have undergone breast conserving surgery (lumpectomy). If so this may be the research for you!! You may be able to take part in a research study to evaluate the effects of the tumor bed boost when given at the same time (called a simultaneous integrated boost, SIB) with the WBI, as opposed to after the WBI.

Comparison of drug combinations to prevent graft-versus-host disease after stem cell transplant

The purpose of this study to see if the drug ruxolitinib with the drugs tacrolimus and methotrexate given before and following a peripheral blood stem cell transplant will prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a serious complication of a stem cell transplant, better than the drugs post-transplant cyclophosphamide, tacrolimus, and mycophenolate mofetil.
