Teacher Well-being during Early Literacy Instruction

Are you a teacher in preschool, kindergarten, or first grade? Our Early Literacy team at UNC Chapel Hill wants to understand more about teachers' well-being in the classroom. We especially want to learn about how teachers of young children feel about their early literacy instruction: - what parts of teaching literacy are most enjoyable - what parts of teaching early literacy are stressful or challenging, and - what, in the future, would help to make teachers' daily, on-the-job experiences as rewarding as possible. Participants will complete a 15-min survey, have a visitor in your classroom for about 45 mins, and complete a short interview. We value your time and are happy to offer compensation of up to $200 in Visa gift cards.
