Most patients with generalized Myasthenia Gravis need treatments that carry substantial risk of side effects and toxicity, Descartes-08 is a cell therapy is a RNA based CAR-T that causes direct killing of target cells without serious generalized toxicities.

ARGX-117-2302- Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind study to evaluate effectiveness and safety of empasiprubart versus IVIg in patients with multifocal motor neuropathy

This study aims to evaluate the effectand safety of empasiprubart compared with intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) treatment in adults with multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN). This study will also check how empasiprubart affects the body, how it is absorbed and removed from the body, and how the immune system reacts to empasiprubart.

Treatment trial for Major Depressive Disorder using non-invasive brain stimulation  

Do you have depression and are currently experiencing depression symptoms? We are conducting a treatment trial to see whether non-invasive brain stimulation that matches your brain waves can improve depression symptoms. This is a randomized controlled trial where participants will be randomly assigned to receive active or placebo (fake) stimulation. Compensation is provided.

Brain research on decision-making

Training Brain-Muscle Communication

We are studying how the brain and muscles work together during simple hand grip exercises. By using special tools to measure brain and muscle activity, we hope to learn how giving people feedback on their body's signals can improve their muscle control. This research could help develop better treatments for people with movement problems caused by conditions like stroke.

Immune Functioning and Social Reward Processing in Autism and Typical Development

Are you interested in learning more about how the body and brain influences social behavior? If you are between 18 and 29 years old, you may be eligible to participate in our new EEG study!
