Synergy in Neurocognitive and Cardiovascular Performance (SYNC) Study

Are you interested in the ways our social world can affect our brain and body? Autism Effects in Family Study

In this study, we want to learn how social-emotional learning (SEL) programs can help non-autistic siblings of children with autism. We want to help foster strengths in siblings and help them be more independent. We hope that through understanding their lived experiences, we can tailor support strategies.

Lyme Disease Study

Do you have a pet dog? Has your dog been tested for Lyme disease at the Animal Hospital of Boone? If so, you may be able to take part in a study on how often people and their pet dogs get Lyme disease in Watauga County, North Carolina. People who have dogs may be more likely to get Lyme disease, but we don't know much about the risks they share with their pets in this area. We need your help to better understand these risks! Compensation provided.

Clinical Study of Ivonescimab for First-line Treatment of Metastatic NSCLC Patients With High PD-L1

The purpose of this research is to measure the safety and effectiveness of ivonescimab compared to pembrolizumab. Ivonescimab is an antibody designed to block proteins that help cancer cells grow and spread, and by blocking these proteins may potentially slow cancer progression.

Teacher Well-being during Early Literacy Instruction

In this study, we would like to learn more about teachers' emotions around their early literacy instruction. Specifically, we are interested in what teachers in preschool, kindergarten, and first grade might find stressful about teaching early literacy, as well as what brings them joy about teaching literacy.

Comparing IMA203 to physician's choice of treatment for metastatic cutaneous melanoma

Have you been diagnosed with metastatic cutaneous melanoma? Have you previously been treated for your melanoma, or maybe it can't be removed? If so, you might be eligible to take part in a study to compare how well a new drug, IMA203, can treat your cancer compared to your physician's choice of treatment.

Relapsed and Refractory CLL, SLL, and Select Low-grade Lymphomas Treatment Study

In this study, we are looking at a medicine called ZE50-0134 that might help treat people with relapsed and refractory CLL, SLL, or certain low-grade lymphomas. We want to see if taking different amounts of this medicine in capsule form is safe for patients.

Centrally mediated pain in migraine and temporomandibular disorders

Do you suffer from migraine or facial pain? Or are you a generally healthy person who would like to volunteer as a healthy control in a research study?
